Pricing varies by role, experience level, and specific requirements, with many roles starting at approximately $1,800 per month, all-in.

Connext charges a single monthly staffing fee per employee. It bundles staff expenses (salary, benefits, insurance, taxes) with recruitment, Employer of Record services, co-management, IT support, and facilities.

The quoted rate is the total cost, not a base rate with add-ons.

Commercial terms:

• Month-to-month contracts with no upfront payment
• 30-day termination period
• Minimum engagement of two full-time employees, versus the 5–50 minimum typical of larger BPOs
• Roles scoped within 48 hours; hires placed in as little as 21 days

Actual pricing depends on role seniority, location, and team size.

Compliance: SOC 2 Type II, PCI, and ISO standards, plus HIPAA for healthcare engagements.
