(only Thai local operations) under Mitsui group and Loxdata Co., Ltd under Loxley group, established in June 2008 in order to penetrate into Thai outsourcing market. Two former companies had been providing the Call Center outsourcing service since 1997 and synergy between two experts generates the revolution in the market. Also 1Q/2009, Moshimoshi Hotline inc. who is one of Japanese outsourcing contact center outsourcing company has been joined our shareholder with 24% shares. With these three shareholders we are penetrating on the any demands for the Contact Center, Market Research, BPO and Digital Marketing services in Thai local & Asian market.
