October Performance: 1112 inbound inquires – 2,425 full-time jobs worth $72m
October was a very strong month for inbound outsourcing inquiries. The OA platform generated 1,112 inbound inquiries in October, which is up 33% on the previous month.
The inquiries came from 40 different countries, representing 28 different sectors. There were 640 quotation requests (up 34%) representing an estimated 2,425* full-time staff with an estimated outsourcing value of $72,700,000*. See all statistics in the Source Partner dashboard.
The annualised quotation inquiries amounted to an estimated total outsourcing value of $455,520,000* requesting a total of 15,184* full-time roles.
Outsource Accelerator has focused on the quality of inquiries since the quality dipped in May and June. For September, the scores remain at all time highs, with a 95.8% Validation Score and with 44.98% of the quote requests having a high Quality Score.
Website traffic dropped a little bit, but is generally tracking consistently upward. The site generated 61,860 unique visitors (down 2.2%), and 213,238 page views (down 0.19%) for October. We expect a steady decline in traffic until the end fo the year due to seasonal effects.
Outsource Accelerator launched its new website in October, which seems to have resonated well with the audience. The organic traffic stayed about the same, but organic inbound inquiries jumped by about 15% and page views per visitor increased by about 10%.
The BPO directory is being ramped up to include 3,200 global BPOs. We are collating significant information about every BPO on the planet. This is costing us about $250,000 in research and writing. We are also building a client-facing dashboard, which will further assist the clients to learn about and start their outsourcing journey. We expect to launch this in December, 2021.

OA website performance
The website performance for October is staying pretty steady. It has not changed much for the last 2-3 months. This is indicative of a general decline in traffic (and interest in outsourcing) until the end of the year.
Every month, OA continues to produce 200-400 new articles to educate and inform the business community about outsourcing, and to increase ranking with Google. Plus we are adding about 3,000 new pages to the BPO Directory over the next 2-3 months. All for these pages are being indexed by Google, and they will all gradually contribute to an increase in traffic.
Client outsourcing portal
We are very excited to be launching the new client-facing outsourcing portal later this year. This will help keep the clients more engaged in their outsourcing journey and their selection of an outsourcing partner. This will be a profound step-change improvement for the client outsourcing journey.

OA website acquisitions
Outsource Accelerator has recently secured a $1.5m equity-free fund with the purpose of acquiring other websites and external (internet) traffic. We are still looking for suitable web properties to purchase.
