Qualifications and skills
To qualify for an interview, you must possess the following:
- Minimum of X years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in an e-commerce or technology-focused industry
- Proven track record of successfully hiring technical professionals, including software engineers, data scientists, and UX/UI designers
- Strong understanding of different technologies and technical roles
