  • Strong technical expertise in IT infrastructure, systems administration, cybersecurity, and software applications
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, including the capacity to engage productively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a proactive and results-oriented approach
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus
  • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in IT governance, security, and compliance

Educational requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).

However, candidates with equivalent work experience and a strong portfolio of successful SEO projects will also be considered.

Working conditions

The IT manager will primarily work in an office environment, with occasional travel to other company locations or client sites as required.

The IT manager may be required to work outside of regular business hours to oversee system maintenance, upgrades, or in case of emergencies.
