The amount of the Setup Fee is determined by the number of remote workers you hire through ShoreAgents.
The ongoing Membership Fees are based on how many remote workers you hire through ShoreAgents. There are four levels of membership: Standard, Bronze, Silver, and Gold, with discounts ranging from 9% to 31% off the standard rate. The more workers you hire, the lower your ongoing fees per worker will be.
The Membership Fee covers onboarding, staff payroll, time tracking, employment contracts, workstation, computer, high-speed internet, backup generator, secure facility, account manager, office space, CCTV, staff and client coaching, staff engagement, western management, HR software, 24/7 IT support, training/conference rooms, and data security.
The Staff Costs cover the worker’s salary, employment benefits, government charges, overtime and undertime, public holidays, annual leave, HMO medical costs, 13th month pay, and bonuses.
