Prospexia Outsourcing

Prospexia Outsourcing is a Philippines based call center that helps businesses scale through dependable sales callers, SDRs, appointment setters, customer service reps, and technical support agents. We specialize in providing US neutral accent Filipino talent who can match the clarity, tone, and professionalism North American and Australian clients expect.

Our team supports startups, agencies, SaaS companies, real estate investors, solar installers, credit repair firms, insurance groups, and small to mid sized businesses that want to grow without the heavy cost of hiring in house.

What Prospexia Outsourcing offers its clients

We offer a simple and affordable outsourcing model that lets clients plug in fully trained agents who work your hours, follow your scripts, use your CRM, and deliver the same output as an in house team at a fraction of the cost.

Our offer is straightforward.
You get US accent trained agents, full management, real time reporting, quality assurance, KPI tracking, and a dedicated team lead for only 6 dollars per hour for the first 12 months. No long term contract. No setup fees. No hidden charges.

How Prospexia Outsourcing outshines the competition

Most call centers lock clients into 3 to 12 month contracts, charge onboarding fees, and deliver agents who sound robotic or heavily accented. Prospexia outshines competitors by giving clients full flexibility, transparent pricing, and agents who sound natural, friendly, and confident on the phone.

We operate fast. Discovery call today. Agent interview tomorrow. Launch within 48 hours.
We also provide daily performance reports, KPIs, QA feedback, and full management so clients do not have to train or monitor every agent. We handle the operations for you so you can focus on closing deals and growing revenue.

Prospexia Outsourcing company structure

Prospexia Outsourcing is a privately owned company operated by a single founder. While ownership is held entirely by one individual, the company is structured with dedicated teams for each department, including operations, HR, recruitment, training, sales, customer support, and client services. Each department is managed by team leads who report directly to the owner.
