September Outsource Report: Traffic Jumps 34%, 263K Vistors, 3,915 Jobs Worth $117M, 1,683 Inquiries

There was a dramatic increase in web traffic in September after Outsource Accelerator’s website recorded a 32.73% increase in page views and a 34.31% jump in the number of unique visitors. The OA website generated a total of 826,277 page views from 262,661 unique visitors. From this traffic, the Source Partner platform generated a total of 1,683 inbound inquiries (-13.47%) coming from 72 countries, representing 28 sectors.

Despite the number of inquiries dropping slightly, the overall quality of the inquiries continues to improve, with more people booking consultation calls (+11.90%) with the BPO firms. Additionally, there was a consistent decrease in the number of spurious inquiries (-43.56%) with OA implementing better filters and enhancements on the backend.

Of the 1,683 inquiries, there were 1,266 quotation requests (-15.71%) representing an estimated 3,915* full-time staff with an outsourcing value of $117,450,000*. See all analysis in the Source Partner dashboard.

For the last 12 months, OA generated 19,903 outsourcing inquiries — of which, there were 16,495 quotation requests. The annualized quotation inquiries amounted to a total value of $1,604,130,000* requesting 53,471* full-time roles.
