Inside Outsourcing book launch
The sending of the May Performance Report was delayed this month due to the book launch of Inside Outsourcing.
“Inside Outsourcing: How Remote Work, Outsourcing & Global Employment is Changing the World” is written by Outsource Accelerator founder and CEO Derek Gallimore with the intention of shining a light on the many advantages of outsourcing and globalized employment.
The launch was a success, and the book has made it to best-seller status in Amazon for its category.
Exciting growth for outsourcing
The outsourcing industry is seeing sustained interest and growth right now. The perfect storm of COVID-induced remote working, labor shortages and rising salaries across the West, plus a normalization of online tools and digital work means that outsourcing is gradually becoming the norm, rather than the exception.
We suggest that all small and mid-tier BPOs should shoot for 50% growth this year. Are you ready?
