Outsource Accelerator (OA) saw increased interest and engagement in outsourcing and offshoring services in March, with the website recording 486,105 page views from 162,931 unique visitors. From this traffic, the Source Partner platform generated 833 inquiries across 24 countries and 28 sectors. These inquiries were promptly contacted by OA’s dedicated in-house SDR team, who successfully booked 753 discovery calls on behalf of OA’s BPO partners

Over the past 12 months, OA received 12,319 outsourcing inquiries, including 10,717 quote requests. These requests represent a total of 33,293 FTEs with a lifetime outsourcing value of $998,790,000*.
