The accolade, announced by Comparably on December 12, 2019 is awarded to companies based on an aggregate score of individual, anonymous employee ratings by diverse team members directly on Comparably.com, which measure inclusivity, culture, compensation and more.

Personiv’s final rank of 89/100 is based on the responses and sentiment specifically from its diverse employees of color.
Personiv’s score placed the company on Comparably’s fourth quarter “Best Of” list, and within the top five percent of similarly sized companies with exceptional diversity scores. The top 50 winners of Best Companies for Diversity were determined by their numerical scores compared with the nearly 10 million ratings across 50,000 U.S. companies on Comparably.com.
