November continued to be a strong month for outsourcing inquiries. The OA platform generated 1,225 inbound inquiries in November, which is up 10% on the previous month.
The inquiries came from 47 different countries, representing 26 different sectors. There were 759 outsourcing quotation requests (up 19%) representing an estimated 1,853* full-time staff with an estimated outsourcing value of $55,590,000*. See all statistics in the Source Partner dashboard.
The annualized quotation inqhttp://partner.outsourceaccelerator.com/oa-lead-volumeuiries amounted to an estimated total outsourcing value of $503,640,000* requesting a total of 16,788* full-time roles.
For November, the inquiry quality scores remain at all-time highs, with a 95.7% Validation Score and with 69.34% of the quote requests having a high-Quality Score. With the launch of the new dashboards (see below), we will be vastly enhancing the lead insights and analysis functions. As a result, the lead quality and validation scores will also become more powerful.
Website traffic continues to drop slightly – as we head into the festive season – but we are confident of a significant rebound at the start of next year. The site generated 54,073 unique visitors (down 12.6%), and 190,976 page views for November.

OA website performance
The website performance for November has dropped. This is consistent with the general decline in traffic – and interest in outsourcing – as the year draws ta close and the festive season begins. However, we generally see a huge spike in interest again at the start of January – so we are preparing for this now.
Every month, OA continues to produce 200-400 new articles to educate and inform the business community about outsourcing – and to increase ranking with Google. Plus we are adding about 3,000 new pages to the BPO Directory over the next 2-3 months. All of these pages are being indexed by Google, and they will all gradually contribute to an increase in traffic.
OA website acquisitions
Outsource Accelerator has recently secured a $1.5m equity-free fund with the purpose of acquiring other websites and external (internet) traffic. We are still looking for suitable web properties to purchase.
