In 2025, global demand for outsourcing and offshore staffing services remained steady as businesses prioritized efficiency, resilience, and smarter workforce strategies. While growth was more balanced, outsourcing continued to play a key role in helping companies stay competitive in a changing market.
AI adoption also shaped outsourcing decisions in 2025, not by replacing offshore teams, but by redefining the types of roles being outsourced. Demand increasingly shifted toward higher-value, human-led functions that complement automation, resulting in more targeted hiring and more deliberate buying decisions.
Looking ahead, outsourcing is expected to continue evolving as organizations favor long-term, flexible solutions over short-term cost savings alone.

The global demand for outsourcing remained stable in 2025, with the Outsource Accelerator platform recording 5,158,941 page views and 1,719,986 unique visitors.
Within this evolving landscape, OA generated 8,926 inbound inquiries, reflecting continued demand from businesses actively exploring outsourcing solutions. These inquiries resulted in 8,579 quotation requests for 22,820 full-time roles, representing an estimated total lifetime value of $684,600,000*.
In response to changing buyer behavior, OA transitioned from delivering raw inbound inquiries to booking qualified discovery calls. In 2025, all inbound inquiries were processed through OA’s in-house SDR team, ensuring leads were qualified before being booked into discovery calls with its BPO partners.
This approach reinforces OA’s focus on delivering meaningful, sales-ready conversations rather than unqualified lead volume alone.

Promotion of outsourcing
Outsource Accelerator continues to promote outsourcing and offshoring to the world. In 2025, OA invested $1,231,772.42 in paid advertising and $380,206.77 in content production. It sent 9,275,717 emails, published 3,441 articles and news pieces, and released 49 podcast episodes.
Overall, a total platform spend of $1.61 million generated $684.6 million worth of outsourcing inquiries. With an estimated closure rate of 3% to 6%, every $1 invested is projected to generate $13-$25 in value for the outsourcing industry. December is usually a slower month for outsourcing traffic and inquiries as many businesses wrap up their work for the year. Despite the holiday festivities, OA recorded 151,048 page views from 85,467 unique visitors. From this traffic, OA generated 389 inquiries from 20 countries and 28 sectors.
