VirtualRNs is the first firm to offer dedicated Virtual Registered Nurses to clients throughout the United States for no more than $12/hour. Our VirtualRNs are all licensed nurses with a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience. We’re the firm medical practices, mental health practitioners, and large healthcare organizations rely on to streamline patient engagements, increase bottom line performance, and improve patient outcomes.

What Virtual Ventures offers its clients

All of our virtual healthcare associates are 100% dedicated to their client. There's no sharing of clients with VirtualRNs. We offer service levels based on the unique needs of our clients. Our team of associates include licensed Registered Nurses with a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, healthcare call center agents, and healthcare support technicians ranging in cost from $8-$12/hour. Our team of managers all have a minimum of 10 years of healthcare related virtual support experience. All of our team members undergo the highest level of training prior to onboarding with a client to ensure they're prepared to deliver to the highest degree. In addition, all associates are HIPAA certified prior to first engaging with a client. We hire less than 2% of the candidates we interview and we're proud to have the lowest associate turnover in the industry.

Our clients love the fact we're quick to take action - when a client comes on board with us, we present viable candidates within 5 business days! If we're unable to we provide a 10% discount on their first invoice! In addition, our associates are dedicated to just a single client at a time, there's no client sharing. This allows a true relationship to be built between provider and VirtualRN, or manager and their support team!
