Overview
Zorah Technologies connects the systems a business already has and builds the ones it doesn’t. We make modern technology affordable for South African businesses of any size, so they can work more efficiently, use their data and grow.
What Zorah Technologies offers its clients
Zorah builds and runs the systems a business operates on. We are not limited to a set list of modules: we build around
whatever work the business actually does. Every system is made to fit one business, after we have understood how its
whole operation runs.
How an engagement works:
1. A first meeting with a working demo. We show a demo built around the problems we already know the business faces,
or one built for its industry (a motor dealership sees the system we built for dealerships). The point is to see the
value on something real, not a slide deck.
2. We map the whole operation. How work comes in, who touches it, which systems it passes through, and where time and
money are lost.
3. We start where the return is highest. From that map we pick the first system: the one that fixes the most painful
problem for the least build cost, so the business sees a return early.
4. We build in phases. Each phase adds the next system on the same platform and the same data, until the business runs
on one complete operating system. Nothing that already works is thrown away; we connect existing tools such as Sage
or Xero instead of replacing them.
5. We stay on as the technology partner. Once the full system is running, we keep watching how the business and the
system are performing, find gaps, and bring improvements and new technology to the client before they have to ask.
They never need to start a new project to get something changed.
Where clients can start:
- Workflow Fix, R5,000 a month: one workflow built end to end, usually quoting, live in weeks and handed over with a
runbook.
- Contextual Workspace, R10,000 a month: a workspace that connects the systems a business already uses (mail, files,
accounting, website, CRM) so it can see across all of them and ask plain questions of its own data.
- Technology Partner, from R20,000 a month: the full platform, built out one department at a time, and run and
maintained by us.
All plans are a fixed monthly fee, month to month after the build, with no per-user pricing and 30 days' notice.
How Zorah Technologies outshines the competition
We build around the business, not the other way round. Most software forces a business to change how it works to fit
the product. We map the operation first and build the system to fit it, with no limit on what kind of system that is.
You see it working before you commit. The first meeting is a working demo, not a proposal. Clients judge us on
something they can use.
We start with the biggest return. The first thing we build is the problem that costs the most and is cheapest to fix,
so the system pays for itself early.
Nothing is ripped out. We connect the tools a business already relies on and add what is missing in stages it can
absorb.
A partner, not a project. After the build we stay involved: monitoring how the business and the system perform,
spotting gaps, and bringing new technology to the client before they ask. Most providers hand over and leave.
Honest about AI. We connect and clean a business's data before pointing AI at it, because AI working on scattered
records gives confident wrong answers.
Fixed, predictable pricing. A flat monthly fee sized to the engagement, no per-user fees, no hourly billing, no long
contracts.
Proven results. AfricaStay, a tour operator with South African and UK arms, built every quote by hand and ended each
day with around a thousand still unfinished. We built its quote-to-cash process on our platform: enquiries are now
priced from live rates, sent, chased and turned into bookings and invoices without retyping. AfricaStay reports the
backlog is cleared in the first hour, 30% more capacity with the same team, about R100,000 a month saved, and a 7.5%
increase in annual revenue.

Quoting and sales, on one system.
Many businesses still build quotes by hand: look up the price, check stock or availability, add the extras, apply the
margin, type it into a document, then retype it into the order and the invoice. Quotes go out slowly, enquiries go
cold, and growth means hiring more people to type.
We build the quote-to-cash process end to end. An enquiry lands in one queue, the quote is assembled from live prices
and stock, it is sent and followed up automatically, and when the customer says yes it becomes the order or booking
and the invoice on the same record. The team checks the exceptions and talks to customers instead of typing. Reporting
on quotes sent, conversion, margin and reply time is live instead of a month-end spreadsheet.
For AfricaStay this cleared a daily backlog of around a thousand unfinished quotes within the first hour of the day.
AfricaStay reports 30% more capacity with the same team, about R100,000 a month saved and a 7.5% increase in annual
revenue.
This is often where a client starts, on the Workflow Fix plan at R5,000 a month, before adding more of the business to
the platform.
