Azendo is a software development company based in Chiang Mai, Thailand, with a second office in Bangkok. It was founded in 2010 and is Danish-owned and Danish-led.
The company works with software companies that have bigger projects and need full-time capacity to deliver them. Usually that means a product roadmap that keeps growing, and a team that can’t keep up on its own.
Azendo puts together a team of specialists for the project and runs it as a managed service. A service delivery manager on Azendo’s side plans the work and makes sure it gets delivered. The client owns the roadmap and the code.

Pricing
Azendo charges one fixed monthly fee per team, based on the capacity the project needs. Holidays and leave are already built in, so the fee stays the same every month and there’s no per-person or hourly billing.

Mikkel is Danish and founded Azendo in Chiang Mai in 2010. His background is in software development and digital marketing, and today his focus is entirely on software. He has spent most of his career building and running development teams in Thailand for companies abroad.
He still likes to be on the first call with new partners, and he’s pretty direct about whether Azendo is the right fit for a project or not.
Azendo’s partners are mostly software companies that have worked with the team for several years. Long partnerships and teams that stay on the same project are what the company is most proud of.
