Y-CON BPS company structure
Y-CON BPS SAS is a privately held company registered in Colombia under the legal structure of a Simplified Joint Stock Company (Sociedad por Acciones Simplificada – S.A.S.). The company is owned and led by its founder and CEO, José Escobar and CO-owner Einer Ortegón, who retains full ownership and executive control.
This ownership structure provides us with the flexibility to make agile decisions, ensure compliance with Colombian business regulations, and enter into long-term partnerships with national and international clients. All strategic, financial, and operational decisions are overseen directly by the executive team to guarantee accountability, transparency, and high performance.
