Sofomo company structure

We are owned by two entrepreneurs, one from San Francisco and one from Poland, and in 2009, we worked with tech companies in Silicon Valley and saw first-hand how hard they found it to scale effective engineering teams. Developer ‘sweatshops’ highlighted the pitfalls of a transactional approach.

We wanted to create a different kind of development company that focused on genuine client care, close collaboration, and a commitment to high standards. The result is Sofomo.
