Dominic’s career began as a Field Services Engineer, where he gained hands-on experience and earned certifications from Compaq, HP, Novell, and Microsoft.
He expanded into hardware repair and software systems, eventually managing a team that serviced major clients like IBM, Lexmark, and Tabcorp.
His passion for IT led him to launch both a managed network services company and a digital agency, employing hundreds of Australian tech professionals over 15 years.
Faced with rising costs and a shrinking talent pool in Australia, Dominic explored global staffing solutions and ultimately built a high-performing remote team in the Philippines. Recognizing the long-term potential of outsourcing, he sold his businesses and joined several outsourcing firms.
Eventually, he founded his own outsourcing company, Outsourced Staff.
