Grasp Solutions is a Lahore-based call center founded in 2015 and licensed by the Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB). We run 24/7 dispatch, call answering and virtual receptionist desks for ground transportation companies in the USA, Canada, the UK and Australia, including limousine and black car, taxi, NEMT, food delivery, coach and logistics operators. Our dispatchers work inside our clients’ own platforms, such as Limo Anywhere, Moovs, TaxiCaller, iCabbi, Onfleet and Shipday, and answer every call in the client’s company name. Every call is handled by a trained person, not an AI voice bot, and there are no long-term contracts.
What Grasp Solutions offers its clients
24/7 dispatch desks for limo, black car, taxi and delivery fleets; inbound call answering and reservations; trip entry and driver dispatch inside the client's own software; flight tracking and passenger confirmations; after-hours, weekend and holiday cover; overflow call handling at peak times; virtual receptionist services; live chat support.
How Grasp Solutions outshines the competition
We specialise in ground transportation rather than general call answering. Our dispatchers already work daily in Limo Anywhere, TaxiCaller, Moovs and iCabbi, so there is no platform switch and no morning re-entry of bookings. We learn each operator's service area, vehicle classes, accounts and airport rules, and we keep the same dispatchers on the same accounts. Clients can start with only the hours they cannot cover, month to month, with special rates for overnight, weekend and holiday cover.
Grasp Solutions company structure
Grasp Solutions Pvt Ltd started in 2015 and was incorporated as a private limited company in 2016. We operate from a single operations center in Lahore, Pakistan, with a team of 40 to 50 people: dispatchers and call agents working in shift teams under team leads, supported by management, HR and IT staff in the same office. A related entity, Grasp Solutions FZ-LLC, is registered in the UAE.
Sample highlight service offering of Grasp Solutions
Overnight dispatch desk for a US limousine operator: from 10pm to 7am Eastern, our dispatcher answers the operator's line in their company name, takes new bookings and changes, enters them directly in Limo Anywhere, tracks arriving flights, reassigns drivers when pickups move, and leaves a written handover for the day team. The operator keeps full control of the account and can see every trip as it happens.
