Patrick Blackman (Co-Founder and CTO)

Patrick Blackman holds degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Computer Science. He also co-founded BizVox Voice Services and served as CTO for more than 12 years. 

Marcelo Luiz Arakaki (Co-Founder and CXO)

Mr. Arakaki served as Director and Chief Operating Officer before becoming the CXO in 2021. He’s an electronic engineer with six post-graduate degrees who has also overseen bot design and building for the company since 2012.
