At our company’s inception, Tom Cardella made a strategic decision to establish operations in Tier 2 and Tier 3 communities. His vision was to provide meaningful employment opportunities to smaller communities while making a significant economic impact on them as well. These are communities where we, and our clients by extension, can be an employer of choice and make a difference in the community by getting involved and being charitable.

As a Certified Veteran-Owned Company, TLC’s Founder and CEO, Tom Cardella, is tightly entrenched in our day-to-day operations. He is connected to team members at every level of the organization and is vested in their success. This ‘connection’ sets the standard for all levels of management in their leadership styles and extends into the connections they form with our clients and their customers. Tom was most recently recognized for his leadership by earning a prestigious Stevie Award for Great Employers as the “People-Focused CEO of the Year” in 2021.
