Nitrova runs from Elsyof in Alexandria, Egypt, and every placed professional is Egypt-based. Staff work the client’s hours rather than their own.
The timezone coverage spans four blocks, the Gulf region, Europe, North America, and Asia Pacific, allowing it to align with clients and teams across major working hours worldwide.
Multilingual coverage sits at the centre of the model. Customer support hiring favours candidates with Gulf dialect familiarity alongside English.
Placements follow a five-step process:
- Discovery call: a 30-minute conversation covering the client’s business, workflow, tone, and requirements
- Talent matching: with two to three pre-vetted candidates selected for the role, culture, and timezone
- Client interview: where the client runs final interviews and makes the decision
- Onboarding and setup: with contracts managed and the hire trained on the client’s systems, tools, and brand voice
- Ongoing support: covering performance check-ins and replacements where needed
The company manages contracts and setup rather than handing a client a CV and stepping back. Regular check-ins continue after the placement goes live.
Once the initial 30-day guarantee window closes, replacements are handled within five business days.
Nitrova’s client work concentrates across six sectors: E-Commerce and Retail, Finance and Fintech, Healthcare and Wellness, Real Estate, Tech and SaaS, and Education and EdTech.
