Michael Kitt, a co-founder of Kimon Service, embarked on a journey to India in 2010 while working for a seasoned entrepreneur with established operations in Mumbai. Faced with the challenges of hiring quality staff in the UK, where employee costs were surging, and dissatisfied with the services of remote staffing agencies in Eastern Europe, Vietnam, and the Philippines, he co-founded Kimon Services in 2017. This venture aimed to offer cost-effective “outsourced” operations for his businesses. India emerged as an ideal location due to its strong Western cultural influences, high English proficiency, a university system aligned with the US, and a time zone more compatible with the UK than the Philippines.

In 2019, Michael’s marriage in India further strengthened his connections with the country’s culture and economy. Recognising that other UK companies were grappling with similar challenges in skill shortages, rising employee costs, and unsatisfactory experiences with remote staffing, Kimon Services leveraged its existing infrastructure and deep knowledge of outsourcing to assist any company in need.

Our model is unique in that all our staff work from home. We don't have the overheads of offices etc so are able pass on those cost savings to our customers. We have worked hard to make sure that all staff are monitored and given the technology to succeed.

Because our founders are western, they have established policies in place to make sure that communication if simple and effective. They do not speak the local language so ensuring that there is a minimal mother tongue influence ensures that there is no mis communication between everyone. Our pricing is organised in a simple to understand way of a flat monthly rate at a level lower than most.

We are privately owned by 2 directors who have extensive experience of running offshore BPOs. It was started to fulfil the back office needs of the founders other businesses but soon expanded to offer the resources to other businesses.
