Recruitment is handled in house through a 30-day, six-level hiring process that admits only the top 1% of European Union applicants. More than 99% of applicants are rejected.

Successful candidates then complete 14 days of hands-on training, including artificial intelligence (AI) tool implementation, before working with any client.

Engagements get started in four steps:

The part-time plan runs at €2,700 per month and places an elite European Union-based executive assistant (EA) who works part-time for the client and full-time for DonnaPro.
The full-time plan runs at €6,500 per month and places an assistant dedicated exclusively to one client, with enterprise-grade security included.
Both plans are all-inclusive and cover the managed support layer, quality and account managers, continuous upskilling, and onboarding within nine business days.
A one-time onboarding fee of €1,000 applies.
Every engagement opens with a 60-day zero-commitment trial. Clients can cancel any time during it, ending the same day, and pay only for time actually used.
