Auxillium is a Greenwood Village, Colorado-based contact center and business process outsourcing (BPO) provider serving clients across the United States.
The company was formed in 2006 as the BPO division of Project Resources Group (PRG), and was spun off as Auxillium LLC in 2018 as a wholly owned subsidiary of PRG.
It specialises in small to medium projects, taking on work with as few as three dedicated team members while still supporting larger program requirements under a more traditional structure.
Delivery runs from onshore call centers in Colorado and Florida, a nearshore site in Monterrey, Mexico, and a Secure Remote Worker (SRW) network of home-based agents.
Its mission is to deliver customer support services that surpass expectations and establish a long-term partnership that fosters client growth and success.
Work spans four service lines: customer experience (CX), technical support, custom CX solutions, and back office support.
The organisation is fully Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliant and supports customers in almost any language through a partnership with LanguageLine Solutions.
Auxillium’s corporate headquarters sits on DTC Boulevard in Greenwood Village, Colorado, with delivery split across three contact centers and a home-based workforce.
La Junta, Colorado has run since December 2006 with 70-plus seats and 24/7 coverage, and Monterrey, Mexico joined in August 2020 with 60-plus seats and unlimited Spanish bilingual capacity.
Fort Lauderdale, Florida opened in May 2022 on a hybrid work model for aviation and tourism clients, and all three sites run secure access, the PEER Mentoring and Coaching program, and employee career pathing.
Channels covered are voice, chat, email, SMS, and social media management, across business-to-consumer (B2C) and business-to-business (B2B) work as well as back office support.
Clients choose between four delivery models:
The Secure Remote Worker (SRW) program is 100% Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliant and opens access to a more targeted labour pool, better retention, and extended hours of operation.
SRW agents must live at least 50 miles from any Auxillium call center, own a Windows desktop computer, and run a hard-wired ethernet connection of at least 15 Mbps down and 1.5 Mbps up.
Hiring runs through a five-stage recruitment process:
The PEER Mentoring and Coaching program is built to support projects as small as five to 10 full-time equivalent (FTE) people on a leaner management structure.
Location strategy centres on small-town America, and the company backs Opportunity Zones created under the 2017 Tax Cuts and Jobs Act.
Auxillium offers a range of business process outsourcing (BPO) services grouped into a core set and a more advanced set:
Auxillium does not publish rate cards or package pricing. Each engagement is quoted against the specific project.
The company credits its leaner management structure, built around the PEER coaching model, for rates it positions as highly competitive regardless of project size.
There is no project minimum requirement or size limit, and a project can start with as few as three dedicated team members.
Engagements open with a complimentary 30-minute phone session with an industry expert, delivered as a free customer experience (CX) analysis.
Custom proposals are arranged through Auxillium’s contact page.
Auxillium sets itself apart by taking on the small and mid-sized projects larger providers tend to pass over, without lowering the security or process standards those providers apply.
Small project capabilities
Projects run with as few as three dedicated team members, so support stays tailored to the brand rather than pooled across accounts.
Rigorous hiring standards
One hiring standard applies across the United States call centers, the nearshore operation, and remote employees, so staffing quality does not shift with location.
Passion for client projects
Teams are committed to the accounts they hold and to delivering the highest quality customer experience possible on each one.
Location strategy
The organisation is rooted in small-town communities and contributes to the regions it operates in, which shows up as lower attrition and a dependable workforce.
Depth of leadership experience
The leadership team brings experience from some of the largest providers in the industry, several of them with more than 20 years inside the company.
Human touch
Artificial intelligence (AI) is used to automate routine tasks and smooth channel transitions, leaving specialists free to concentrate on the conversations that matter.
Proven processes
Service delivery runs on time-tested methods rather than one-off improvisation, with training, call flows, reporting, and a structured feedback loop built per account.
Security and compliance
Physical security measures, secure technology, and full Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance apply to every account, however small the headcount.
Competitive rates
A leaner management structure keeps overhead down, which the company passes through as competitive pricing at any project size.
Dean Flora (CEO & Co-Founder)
Dean Flora co-founded Project Resources Group (PRG) in 2001 and remains chief executive officer (CEO) of both PRG and Auxillium. He came to the role from engineering, environmental project work, and telecommunications audit and consulting.
He is a degreed civil engineer from the University of Missouri, holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Denver, and carries a professional engineer designation.
Amy Grajeda (President)
Amy Grajeda joined Auxillium in 2008 and has more than 20 years of experience across the business process outsourcing (BPO) and consulting field.
She oversees the Colorado, Florida, and Monterrey operations, with a background in call center operations, sales strategy, and building high-performance teams.
