In May 2021, two industry leaders–Aspect Software and Noble Systems–merged to form Alvaria. Alvaria’s goal is to improve and innovate customer experience and workforce engagement solutions. 

Alvaria is a larger company that will staff between 1,000 – 5,000 employees, with its headquarters located in Westford, Massachusetts. There are also Aspect and Noble office locations all across the globe with solid partnerships with notable companies such as Amazon, Microsoft, and Salesforce.

Aspect Outsourcing

Both Aspect and Noble have received many awards and accolades for their services. Most recently, they are the winners of two categories in the 2021 Supplier and Client Partnership awards.

Alvaria will combine Aspect and Noble’s excellence. It will aim to provide innovations and solutions that are second-to-none in the customer experience industry.

Aspect’s BPO services and pricings

Alvaria will combine Aspect’s and Noble’s innovative and industry-leading solutions to create a unique Alvaria suite of services. It will keep core services so that clients can expect to continue to receive the following:

  • Industry-leading mobile agent app
  • Rich agent QA system
  • Manager communications

For the time being, current clients will continue to use Aspect’s and Noble’s software while plans exist to implement their services through the Alvaria WEM application. The Alvaria WEM application will be available by the end of 2021.

John has over 20 years of experience in team building. He currently oversees Alvaria’s human capital and productivity.

Aspect reviews and comparisons

Alvaria is currently in the process of merging. It has yet to release any of its branded products. However, there is high anticipation of Alvaria’s services because of the good reputations of both Aspect and Noble.
