Frank Kumetz: Founder and CEO 

Frank Kumetz started as an attorney practicing law in California for over 30 years. In his legal practice, he represented doctors, insurance companies, and banks. 

Kumetz’s litigation of class action lawsuits required medical data to be extracted from tens of thousands of documents. He had to organize and manage this data for his cases, giving him extensive knowledge and expertise in Health Information Management.

While still actively managing eData Services, Kumetz was elected to the Board of Trustee of the Health Information Management Association of the Philippines (HIMAP).

Dinah Barrete-Morales: COO and Executive Vice-President

Dinah Barrete-Morales has been with the company since its founding. She is in charge of U.S. and Philippines operations.

Before her employment with eData Services, Barrete-Morales was a medical documentation specialist in the Healthcare Information Industry.

Currently, she oversees many aspects of the company ranging from client management, business development and strategy, and operations. Barrete-Morales also closely monitors the efficiency and profitability of each service department.

In addition to her daily role, Barrete-Morales represents eData Services at various trade shows and conventions throughout the United States and the Philippines.
