Otonomee was founded in 2020, to provide a different offering to the traditional “bricks and mortar” BPO model. Otonomee presents a more tailored, bespoke service, that is not constrained by contact center capacity or hiring constraints based on geographical location. We offer a faster, more nimble, and responsive service for our clients. A service that can ramp up anywhere, in response to their market needs, flex and adapt to seasonal or product driven needs.
Otonomee is a B Corp since Sept 2023, we are creating greater societal impact across the globe by providing premium employment in communities and reducing our carbon footprint. In 4 years Otonomee has grown to 480 employees (23 nationalities), with people in Europe, US, Asia. Our Clients are Irish and US Tech & E-Commerce Customers servicing complex global market needs.
What Otonomee offers its clients
With over 20 years of experience supporting some of the world’s most iconic brands, we saw first-hand that the traditional customer experience outsourcing model was fundamentally flawed — for both employees and customers. The promise rarely matched the reality.
Conventional outsourcing relied heavily on centralized call centers in major cities. This meant employees had to structure their lives around long commutes, high living costs, and often even international relocation. This model restricted access to talent, drove high attrition, and reduced engagement.
The result? Constant turnover, repeated training cycles, inconsistent quality, and diminished value for customers.
