Michael Kitt’s journey to co-founding Kimon Services began in 2010 when he travelled regularly to India while working for an established entrepreneur with operations in Mumbai. Facing mounting employee costs in the UK and unsatisfactory experiences with remote staffing agencies in Eastern Europe, Vietnam, and the Philippines, Michael co-founded Kimon Services in 2017 to create cost-effective outsourced operations for his businesses.

Michael’s connection to India deepened in 2019 when he married there, further strengthening his ties to the country’s culture and economy.
