Your Team in India

Your Team in India (YTII) is an offshore software development company based in Mohali, Punjab, that helps start-ups, SMEs and large enterprises extend their IT teams with developers in India. The company is an offshoot of Signity Solutions, an established IT outsourcing firm, and says it has more than 16 years of experience in the industry.

YTII offers several engagement models. Clients can build a dedicated offshore development team aligned with their product roadmap, hire individual pre-vetted developers across more than 50 technologies, or bring in on-demand developers for urgent projects and specialist roles. For larger commitments, it sets up fully managed offshore development centres, virtual captive centres that operate under the client’s brand, and build-operate-transfer arrangements in which the client takes full ownership of the operation once it matures.

Its development services cover web development, application development, product development from MVP to production releases, proof-of-concept and prototype builds, and broader IT outsourcing, including IT consulting and mobile app development. The company emphasises AI-ready teams: engineers undergo structured AI training and certification, and teams work with tools such as OpenAI, Azure AI and AWS Bedrock.

According to its website, YTII has more than 450 engineers, 91% of them reference-checkable on request, and holds AI certifications through Microsoft and AWS partner tracks. It reports more than 1,000 projects delivered and says 80% of its clients are repeat customers. The company signs an NDA before sharing any resumes, aims to deliver a first candidate shortlist within three business days, and offers a seven-day trial that is invoiced only after the client approves. Clients can hire on part-time, hourly or monthly models and have direct access to their developers.

The company’s leadership includes co-founder and CEO Amit Dua and co-founder and director Shikha Dua.

Your Team in India suits technology companies, SaaS businesses and enterprises that want to scale engineering capacity in India quickly, whether through a few developers or a long-term offshore centre they may eventually own.
