Our Reps are Bilingual. Their english proficiency is 100% and their Spanish is usually just as good. With 41 million native spanish speakers in the U.S. - our reps can manage a larger audience.

Our team is Your team - You will always have direct access to the reps assigned to your account. This allows us to make real time changes to scripts, rebuttals, and offers. This also makes our employees feel a sense of ownership in YOUR company.

We Pay Better - One of the biggest challenges in outsourcing is the client(you) will constantly have new untrained reps on your campaign due to call center attrition. But we pay extremely well - our reps don’t quit. Once a rep is trained on your campaign they feel like they work directly for your company and they aren’t going anywhere. We also give our employees insurance, retirement fund, food vouchers, and more. We really do want our employees to think of working for us as a career and not just a job.

How The Call Gurus outshines the competition

Our clients have full transparency from our BPO and full access to our leadership. Each client will have at least one supervisor to oversee the campaign (and possibly many more as it scales) along with a launch coordinator to ensure the first 60 days go smoothly. On top of that, our entire C-level will be available for anything that may come up. Our tech team will always be one message away, this includes direct access to our CFO as well as a dialer manager.

The Call Gurus company structure

We are a boutique BPO owned by two individuals, one being our CEO and the other as a silent partner. We originally started as a real estate BPO in response to the needs of a company owned by the silent partner. When the CEO joined the company, he took the BPO to many different verticals and has grown the company immensely.
