Overview

When it comes to creative minds, it’s all about design and space. It’s about inspiring creativity at work as well as providing space that functions. We try to provide the environment for creativity, the tools to make it a dynamic workplace and a look that is slick yet professional. If we can do that, then we think we’ve created a great space.

We’re a privately owned, independent business centre based in four office buildings in the centre of Edinburgh and Glasgow. Originally built for Scotland’s wealthy merchants over 200 years ago, our buildings are now home to some of Scotland’s most exciting enterprises. Within these historic buildings we have created digital age workspace. We understand the different ways in which our residents work and we do our best to meet their needs. We like to think of our space as creative, artistic, lively, colourful yet professional. The cold, corporate business centre has its place, just not here. But it’s not just about the office space; it’s also about providing our residents with a business support service which is second to none.
