Overview

Company Overview

Identity. Enroute International Limited is a Dhaka-based human-resources outsourcing, recruitment and management-consulting group. It is not a healthcare or accounting outsourcer, whatever the directory tags say. The home page presents the outsourcing arm. — "Enroute International Limited is one of the reputed business process outsourcing (bpo) company in Bangladesh operating over a decade and counting." The same page lists its other lines. — "Enroute Management Consulting (EMC) is a leading recruiting agency in Bangladesh with a large number of certified and experienced business teams working closely with national and international strategic partners." A buyer should read the firm as a people-outsourcing business whose managed-service line sits beside recruitment, executive education and consulting.

Address. The firm lists a single office. — "Ranks Business Center (Level 4) Ka-218/1, Pragati Sarani, Dhaka." A buyer should ask whether any other site exists.

Age of the business: three answers. The firm's pages disagree on how long it has operated. The home page uses the founding year. — "Enroute has been the pioneer in developing and implementing integrated business strategies since its inception in 2008." The about page, dated to an earlier edit, counts the years differently. — "Enroute, although not such an old name in this field of work, has successfully made a mark wherever enroute has set foot in these 10 years of the journey." The footer of the same page counts again. — "With over 17 years of pioneering change Enroute is the name and brand you can trust for your next growth partnership." The 2012 profile of the founder confirms the start date. — "Enroute was born in March 2008, and since then there has been no looking back." The founding year is stable across the other sources, so a buyer should treat the older year count as stale text.

Positioning. The firm describes itself in superlatives. — "Enroute is one of the best payroll outsourcing firm in Bangladesh." The claim is the firm's own and cites no ranking.

Services & Capabilities

Payroll and people outsourcing. The managed-service page describes its payroll practice. — "We handle payrolls of many national and international organizations including INGOs." The page also lists human-resources management, asset management and distribution management as outsourced functions. The mix is wider than payroll alone and closer to facilities and field operations than to call-centre work.

Employer of record. The blog is built around a recent line. — "Post Date: April 6, 2026" The post and its companions address foreign companies that want to hire in Bangladesh without a local entity. That is a growth line for a buyer outside the country, and a buyer should ask how many employees the firm carries on its own payroll for that purpose.

Executive education and consulting. The home page describes the training line. — "We have partnered with and served for Government Officials, Development Sector (NGO, iNGO), Telco, FMCG, Bank and Non-Banking Financial Institute, RMG, Technology etc throughout its serving time." That is a long list of sectors with no named client in it, and it reads as a services menu.

Industry coverage. The industry page claims breadth. — "Enroute is covering the full spectrum of services in different industries focusing on the fundamentals of people strategy, leadership culture, Innovation, supply chain transformation, and operational agility." The page groups education, medical and healthcare as one sector, which is a client-industry label and not a healthcare service line.

Client Base & Market Position

Named clients. The success stories name organisations. — "Getting Into Alternative Distribution | JTI" Others carry the same pattern. — "Financial Inclusion for RMG Workers & Community | Sarathi" The page also names a fuel-gas company and an assessment-centre engagement. — "From Vision to Reality: A Remarkable Journey of Workspace Evolution | Petromax LPG" — "Bridging Potential and Opportunity: MTO Assessment Center for NCCBL" Each is a headline and not a case study with results, so a buyer should ask for the underlying engagement.

Press history. A 2012 profile of the founder names employers served. — "which takes care of HR needs of Quebee, Tetrapak, Unilever and Grameenphone, to name a few" Those are multinational accounts, and the profile is fourteen years old.

Recent client event. In March 2026 an insurer published a contract with the firm. — "Under this agreement, executives recruited by Enroute will have insurance coverage from MetLife." This runs the other way: the firm is the buyer of insurance for its placed staff, and it is not a client announcement.

International reach. The same founder profile records exports of staff. — "His company has also sent trained managers to Bahrain, Kenya and Nigeria." Nothing on the current pages describes active overseas placement.

Delivery Infrastructure & Operations

Single base. Delivery runs from the Dhaka office. A buyer should ask where the people who serve their account actually sit.

Service model. The managed-service page says the firm relieves clients of day-to-day HR operations. A buyer should ask for the service levels, the escalation path and the staff-turnover record for the engagement type they want, since the firm gives none.

Systems. The footer links an HR system and a jobs board. The firm's technology claims are generic, and a buyer should ask which technology partners it uses.

Ownership, Financials & Scale

Headcount: a dated figure. The firm's sources give one dated count, in a 2012 profile. — "Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Enroute International Limited with 3,543 people on his payroll" That payroll may include people placed at client sites under outsourcing contracts, so it may measure managed workforce and not in-house staff. The platform record carries a much smaller employee figure with no source or date, and the firm's own counters render as placeholders. The firm's employer-of-record post makes a separate claim. — "managing thousands of employees for global INGOs" A buyer should ask for the current managed headcount and the in-house headcount separately.

Revenue. The firm publishes no revenue, profit or financial statement anywhere on its site.

Ownership. The founder is described in the press as the owner. — "Haque owns not only one of the leading management consulting firms of the country but also a rapidly growing Human Resources (HR) outsourcing company" The profile is fourteen years old and names no investor or parent. A buyer should ask for the current shareholding.

No public revenue figure was found.

People, Leadership & Culture

Founder and chief executive. The 2012 profile is about Haque, the founder and owner, and gives his role. — "Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Enroute International Limited with 3,543 people on his payroll" The firm's own pages name no executive. The only evidence for Haque's role is therefore a profile written years ago, and a buyer should confirm who leads the firm today before relying on it.

Operating head. The insurer's release names a senior executive. — "The agreement was signed by Md Shahjad Hussain Jishan, Chief Operating Officer, Enroute International Limited" That is a dated 2026 source naming the operating head, which is more current than anything the firm publishes about its people.

Culture. The firm describes its team as passionate and experienced. A buyer should ask for attrition, tenure and engagement figures.

Technology & Innovation

The blog carries a payroll guide dated in June two thousand and twenty-six and a set of employer-of-record posts. — "Post Date: June 25, 2026" The payroll guide is aimed at businesses and non-profits operating in Bangladesh, and the employer-of-record posts are aimed at foreign companies.

Technology claims. The people-outsourcing page says its process is supported by modern technologies. A buyer should ask which platform and vendor sit behind this and what gain it has measured. The firm's payroll and recruitment offer would normally rest on an HR system, and a buyer should ask which one.

Security. A buyer sending personnel records to the firm should ask for its certificates, audit scope and data-handling policy.

Strategic Assessment

Strengths

Long operating history. The firm has operated for well over a decade and has an early press record of multinational clients.

Broad people-services menu. Payroll, outsourcing, recruitment, employer-of-record and executive education sit under one roof.

Current named signals. A recent insurer release names an operating head and a contract.

Risks and Vulnerabilities

Dated scale evidence. The only dated headcount comes from the old founder profile, the record's figure has no source or date, and the firm's own counters are placeholders.

Thin current leadership evidence. The firm names no executive in its own materials.

Inconsistent age counts. The site states different years in business on different pages.

Directory mismatch. Directory tags describe healthcare and finance services the firm does not mainly sell.

Opportunities

Publish a current headcount and leadership page. That would settle the largest gap.

Turn success-story headlines into case studies. Results would turn headlines into evidence.

Publish certification and data-handling detail. This would help multinational buyers.

Outlook

Enroute International is a Dhaka-based people-outsourcing, recruitment and consulting group with a long record, a payroll practice and a growing employer-of-record offer. Its public record is held back by a headcount that comes from an old founder profile, executives who are named only in press and an inconsistent account of its own age. A buyer should confirm the current managed and in-house headcount, the leadership team and the shareholding before committing.

Record and Tier Note

The directory tags the firm with healthcare and finance service lines and automotive and real-estate verticals that its own offer does not match. These are directory defects; none is filed as a platform issue.
