Overview

Company Overview

What it is: Cyfuture is a Noida-based Indian technology services group that combines owned data centre and cloud infrastructure with business process outsourcing, application work and, increasingly, GPU cloud capacity for artificial intelligence. Outsource Accelerator's directory profile describes it as a provider of data center, cloud and outsourced support services, and the platform record places its headquarters in Noida with a founding year of 2001. That combination separates it from pure contact-centre providers: Cyfuture owns the facilities on which its hosting and cloud customers run, and sells process services on top of them.

Lineage: The company traded as Cyber Futuristics before relaunching under the Cyfuture name, and its chief executive said at the time that the firm's vision and forward-looking initiatives required a new brand identity. Founder Anuj Bairathi has led it as chief executive since 2001, and the company's leadership page credits him with transforming it from a single room start-up into a global enterprise. Its BPO arm, Go4customer, was launched in March 2004 as a subsidiary, so the outsourcing business is almost as old as the infrastructure one.

Scale snapshot: The about page announces that headcount has passed the 2000 mark, and earlier records put the workforce at 2,100. The directory profile, written earlier, cites a team of more than 1200 professionals across nine locations in India, the US and the UK, so the workforce has grown materially since that profile was written. The company also says it counts 6 Fortune 500 companies among its clients.

The thesis now: In 2026 the weight of the company's news has shifted towards AI infrastructure. In March 2026 Cyfuture AI launched GPU as a Service on NVIDIA H100, L40S, A100 and V100 GPUs, and in July 2026 Cyfuture Cloud unveiled what it called India's first Vera Rubin-ready 10 MW liquid-cooled AI data center. The tension that defines Cyfuture now is between two very different businesses under one name: a labour-based BPO and legal process operation, and a capital-intensive GPU cloud business. How the founder allocates capital and management attention between them is the main question for buyers of either service.

Services & Capabilities

Cyfuture sells across four broad lines, which it groups as cloud and infrastructure, business process services, business applications, and design and development. The common thread is that the infrastructure side gives the group a platform for the application and process work it sells alongside it.

  • Data centre, hosting and cloud: Colocation, managed hosting and cloud servers run from its own Indian facilities. The directory profile says Cyfuture owns and operates Tier III data center facilities in Noida and Jaipur, and hosting has historically been sold under the Go4Hosting brand as well as Cyfuture Cloud.
  • GPU cloud and AI platform: Through Cyfuture AI the company rents GPU capacity for model training and inference. Its AI site describes on-demand, Kubernetes-native GPU clusters for training and high-throughput inference, and in July 2026 Cyfuture AI opened pre-bookings for an NVIDIA B300 GPU cloud.
  • Business process services: Go4customer began by offering inbound call center services and later added outbound work. The current business process services page lists back-office support, help desk solutions, customer acquisition work such as telemarketing and lead generation, and citizen interactions for government departments, delivered through what the company calls a global service delivery network spanning onshore, near-shore and offshore models.
  • Legal process outsourcing and automation: The platform record lists its service lines as AI & Automation Services; Legal Process Outsourcing, with Legal and Technology & SaaS as its verticals.
  • Applications and next-generation services: The directory profile says the company has moved into next-gen services including IoT, Big Data and Enterprise Application Services, and its case studies cover portal development and ERP hosting.

Specialist versus commodity: Most of the voice and back-office catalogue is commodity work that many Indian providers offer. The more distinctive offer is the bundle visible in its case studies, where Cyfuture hosts an application, runs the infrastructure and supports the users, as in its ERP hosting and facility management work for APDCL. That bundle is hard for a voice-only BPO to match, but it ties the company to clients that want an Indian-hosted, single-vendor arrangement.

What changed in 2026: The GPU launches add a fifth line that is closer to infrastructure-as-a-service than to outsourcing. It shares data centre capacity with the hosting business, which is efficient, but it competes for capital with everything else the group sells.

Client Base & Market Position

Named clients: Cyfuture's case studies name a consumer portal hosted and developed for a Fortune 500 oil company, identified as Indane, business solutions for the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), IT infrastructure work for Manipal Group, and cloud-based infrastructure for ERP hosting and facility management at APDCL, the Assam power distribution utility. Its about page also highlights work for Jodhpur DISCOM, the Rajasthan power distribution company. On the process side, the business process services page describes customer relationship and up-selling work for Mettler-Toledo, a NYSE-listed manufacturer, and a region-specific customer service programme across India for a consortium of Fortune 500 oil marketing companies.

What the roster shows: Energy and utilities dominate the named work: an LPG consumer portal, oil marketing companies and two power distributors. Add ICSI, a statutory professional body, and Manipal Group in education and healthcare, and the picture is of a provider whose most visible references are Indian public-sector and quasi-public institutions that buy hosting, application support and citizen-facing service together. That is a defensible niche, because these buyers value Indian data residency and a single accountable vendor, but it exposes the company to public procurement cycles and to government payment timing.

Client count: The company says it counts 6 Fortune 500 companies among its clients. The directory profile lists e-commerce, retail, information technology and software services among the sectors it serves.

Regional mix: The directory profile places its people across India, the US and the UK, and the platform record lists India and the United States as delivery locations. A UK operations director on the leadership page confirms a European sales presence, but all the named client work found during research is Indian.

Recognition: The directory profile lists The Economic Times Promising Brand 2021 and the Rajasthan Export Award 2004-2005 among its awards, and Go4customer says it was named the best IT/ITES company by the Government of Rajasthan. These are national and state-level awards rather than analyst rankings; no Everest, ISG or Gartner placement was found.

Competitors: In hosting and GPU cloud it competes with Indian data centre and cloud operators such as Sify, CtrlS, Yotta and E2E Networks, as well as the global hyperscalers' Indian regions. In BPO it competes with mid-sized Indian contact-centre providers. Its distinguishing feature against both groups is the combination of owned infrastructure and process delivery in one company.

Delivery Infrastructure & Operations

Cyfuture's delivery base is India, organised around a Noida headquarters, a Jaipur campus and a small network of data centres.

Offices: The company's rebrand announcement says Cyfuture is headquartered in Noida with offices in Jaipur, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Ahmedabad, Mohali and Chennai. Go4customer describes growing from its initial sites at Jaipur and Noida to deliver services in Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Chandigarh and Mumbai. The platform record lists India and the United States as delivery locations, and the directory profile counts nine locations across India, the US and the UK.

Jaipur contact-centre campus: Go4customer says that in March 2005 Cyfuture started construction of a 1000-seater facility for the BPO at Sitapura IT Park in Jaipur, with VC funding sanctioned by the Government of Rajasthan. Jaipur remains the anchor for voice work, which gives the company a lower-cost tier-two city base rather than a Delhi-NCR-only footprint.

Data centres: The company's descriptions of its facilities vary by page and date. A company release says the Raipur data centre was inaugurated on 15th May 2018 with a capacity of 200 racks, adding to existing Tier III data centres in Noida and Jaipur. The Cyfuture AI site now lists facilities in Noida, Jaipur, Raipur and Bangalore, describes three Tier III-certified facilities, and cites 35,000 sq. ft. of floor space and 5 MW of dedicated power. It says the Noida site has 2,000+ rack spaces across two floors, that the Jaipur site is Tier III certified by TIA 942, and that Tier III infrastructure means less than 1.6 hours of downtime per year. The July 2026 announcement of a 10 MW liquid-cooled AI data center would, on the company's own figures, be larger than its existing combined power capacity, which shows the scale of the bet it is making on AI compute.

Certifications: The directory profile says the company is certified ISO 20000-1 and CMMI level 5. Its accreditations page lists a long set of certificates including ISO 27001, ISO 9001, ISO 22301, ISO 20000-1, CMMI Level 5, PCI DSS and SOC 1, SOC 2 and SOC 3, and the about page records that Cyfuture won PCI DSS Version 3.2 compliance after an audit. For a firm hosting utility ERP systems and handling payment-related customer service, these certificates are a condition of the work rather than a differentiator.

Current hiring: The platform tracks 5 open roles at Cyfuture, and rates its hiring velocity as Medium. Recent postings are a cloud sales manager, a client relations executive, an application presales engineer and a digital marketing intern in Noida, and a cloud administrator in Patiala. The mix points to cloud sales and cloud operations rather than large BPO seat ramps.

Ownership, Financials & Scale

Ownership: Cyfuture is privately held; the platform record lists it as Private. It is founder-led: Anuj Bairathi has been founder and chief executive since 2001, and beyond the state funding described below, the sources reviewed did not name any other investor. The group operates through several brands, including Go4customer, which was launched in March 2004 as the BPO subsidiary of Cyfuture, alongside the Cyfuture Cloud and Cyfuture AI names that now carry its infrastructure and GPU offers.

Early state support: The Jaipur contact-centre build drew on public money. Go4customer says Cyfuture began building its 1000-seater facility in March 2005 after VC funding was sanctioned by the Government of Rajasthan. That early backing, and the state export and IT awards that followed, tie the company's origins closely to Rajasthan's IT policy.

Financials: No company-published revenue figure was found during research.

Headcount over time: The workforce figures show steady growth. The directory profile, written earlier, cites more than 1200 professionals; the company's rebrand announcement uses the same figure of more than 1200 professionals; the about page now announces that headcount has passed the 2000 mark; and earlier platform records put the workforce at 2,100. The firm has therefore added several hundred people since its rebrand, while keeping the same founder and much of the same senior team.

Capital intensity: The infrastructure side changes the financial profile of the group. Owning data centres in Noida, Jaipur, Raipur and Bangalore, buying NVIDIA GPU clusters, and announcing a 10 MW liquid-cooled AI data center in July 2026 are capital commitments of a different order from hiring contact-centre agents. As a private company, Cyfuture funds these commitments without public equity, so the pace of its AI build-out depends on internal cash generation, debt or partners, none of which were described in the sources reviewed.

Implication for buyers: A founder-owned group gives clients continuity of leadership and decision-making. The trade-off is limited financial disclosure: buyers placing long-term hosting or ERP workloads with Cyfuture, or committing to reserved GPU capacity, have to rely on references and contract protections rather than on published accounts.

People, Leadership & Culture

Leadership: Anuj Bairathi is the founder and chief executive officer, a role he has held since 2001. The company credits him with taking it from a single room start-up to a global enterprise, and he remains the public face of both the rebrand and the AI push. Around him, the leadership page names Ravish Sharma as Chief Operating Officer, responsible for the operational efficiency of business process services; Ajai Rai as Chief Technology Officer; Munish Mahajan as Chief Human Resources Officer; and Shilpi Agarwal, who has been Chief Strategy Officer since 2021 and previously worked at HCL Technologies before running her own venture.

Commercial and infrastructure bench: Rana Roy, the Chief Business Officer, has over 27 years of experience and joined from Team Computers in Mumbai. Gary Barlow, a director responsible for UK operations, has more than 25 years of experience. BS Gupta, who runs data centre operations, has 29 years of experience, and the platform record lists Shweta Singh as Vice President of Engineering and Md Saleem as Vice President for the data centre business.

Structure: The bench is weighted towards infrastructure and enterprise sales: several vice presidents cover data centre business development, cloud sales and e-governance, while the process business is run through a single operations chief. That matches the direction of the company's 2026 news, but it also means the BPO line has thinner visible senior coverage than the cloud side.

Tenure: Munish Mahajan's biography stresses a decade-long tenure with Cyfuture, and several vice presidents have long service with the company. Long tenure gives clients continuity, though it also concentrates institutional knowledge in a small founder-era group.

Culture and recognition: In July 2026 Cyfuture's AVP Finance, Sadhana Sharma, was featured in a nasscom community series for International Women's Day. The about page displays a Best Organisation For Women recognition and a Great Place to Work badge. These are modest signals, but for a company recruiting cloud engineers and contact-centre staff in Noida and Jaipur they support its employer brand in competitive local labour markets.

No platform data on senior arrivals or departures was available for Cyfuture.

Technology & Innovation

Cyfuture's technology position rests on owned physical infrastructure rather than proprietary software, and its 2026 strategy extends that infrastructure into AI compute.

GPU fleet: The Cyfuture AI site says NVIDIA H100, H200, A100, L40S and V100 GPU clusters run natively within its facilities. In March 2026 Cyfuture AI launched GPU as a Service on H100, L40S, A100 and V100 GPUs, and in July 2026 it opened pre-bookings for an NVIDIA B300 GPU cloud aimed at enterprises preparing for the next generation of AI. Offering current and next-generation NVIDIA hardware from Indian facilities addresses buyers that need GPU capacity under Indian data residency rules, which the global hyperscalers serve only through their own regions.

AI data centre: In July 2026 Cyfuture Cloud unveiled what it described as India's first Vera Rubin-ready 10 MW liquid-cooled AI data center. Liquid cooling and readiness for NVIDIA's next platform are the specifications AI training customers ask for, so the announcement positions Cyfuture for larger GPU contracts than its colocation business has historically handled.

AI platform layer: Above raw GPU rental, the Cyfuture AI site packages Kubernetes-native GPU clusters for training and inference, with serverless inference, fine-tuning and a model library. That moves the company from selling racks and servers towards selling AI platform services, where it competes with Indian GPU clouds such as Yotta and E2E Networks.

Partnerships: Go4customer partnered with Microsoft in 2006, and the about page displays Intel Partner Gold, VMware Cloud Verified and Google Partner status. These partnerships are reseller and certification relationships rather than co-developed products, but they give its hosting and cloud teams access to vendor programmes.

Next-generation services: The directory profile records an earlier move into IoT, Big Data and Enterprise Application Services, and the platform record lists AI & Automation Services as a service line. No proprietary automation product for the BPO or legal process lines was identified during research, so automation in the process business is best read as applied tooling rather than a packaged platform.

Assessment: The AI infrastructure push is the most significant technology move in the company's recent history. It plays to Cyfuture's real asset, owned Indian data centres, but it also exposes the company to rapid hardware obsolescence and to price competition from far larger GPU providers.

Strategic Assessment

Strengths

  • Owned infrastructure: Data centres in Noida, Jaipur, Raipur and Bangalore let Cyfuture combine hosting, application support and process services in one contract, as in its ERP hosting and facility management work for APDCL.
  • Long-standing public-sector references: Named work for Indane, ICSI, APDCL, Jodhpur DISCOM and a consortium of oil marketing companies gives it credible references with Indian institutions that value local hosting and a single vendor.
  • Certification coverage: ISO 20000-1, CMMI level 5, PCI DSS and SOC reports support work with regulated and payment-handling clients.
  • Founder continuity: Anuj Bairathi has led the company since its founding, backed by a long-tenured senior team.

Risks and Vulnerabilities

  • Capital intensity of the AI pivot: A 10 MW liquid-cooled AI data center and next-generation NVIDIA GPU pre-bookings are large commitments for a privately held company, and GPU hardware ages quickly.
  • Split focus: The labour-based BPO business and the GPU cloud business need different capital, talent and sales motions, and the visible senior bench is weighted towards infrastructure.
  • Concentration in Indian public-sector work: The named references are mostly Indian utilities, oil companies and public bodies, which ties revenue to public procurement cycles.
  • Limited disclosure: No company-published revenue was found, which leaves buyers of long-term hosting or reserved GPU capacity relying on references and contract terms.

Opportunities

  • Sovereign AI compute in India: Its GPU as a Service launch and B300 pre-bookings position it for enterprises and public bodies that need GPU capacity hosted in India.
  • Bundled AI and process services: Combining GPU capacity with its process and legal outsourcing lines could let it sell AI-assisted operations rather than either compute or labour alone.
  • International process work: Its US and UK presence offers a base to sell Indian-delivered BPO and legal process work beyond the domestic public sector.
