Conneqt Business Solutions, now known as Digitide Solutions Limited, is an Indian IT services and business process management company headquartered in Bengaluru, Karnataka. Established in 2004, it provides AI-led digital services, customer lifecycle management and business process services to enterprises in India and overseas. The company became part of Quess Corp in 2021 and has since rebranded as Digitide.
Business process services form a large part of its work. These cover customer experience management and customer services across voice and digital channels, collections and debt recovery, banking back-office operations, finance and accounting services, and employee experience management including HR and payroll. The company also offers Digi CCaaS, a cloud-native omnichannel contact centre platform.
Its technology and AI services include AI, data and analytics, cloud migration and infrastructure managed services, cybersecurity, data centre and private cloud services, digital assurance and testing, digital engineering, ERP services, enterprise modernisation, generative AI solutions, IT consulting and low-code application platforms. According to its website, it has more than 55,000 associates across 40 locations in five countries, has processed more than $25 billion in insurance premiums, and handles over 15 million payroll transactions and more than one billion omnichannel contacts each year. Its registered office is in BTM Layout, Bengaluru, and it has a US office in Bedminster, New Jersey.
The company reports several recognitions, including a ranking of 19th among India’s Great Place to Work companies in 2025 and a place among India’s Top 50 Best Workplaces for Women in 2026.
