BlackThumb has been around since 2016 and has between 50-200 employees. The BPO’s revenue is between $10-49 million. The founder, Brandilyn Cox, is a disabled combat veteran. Being a person with a disability, Cox understands first-hand what it’s like to move from a breadwinner to a person who can no longer work, how it is to feel like one has lost their sense of purpose. Therefore, she started BlackThumb to help other people in her position – people who are willing to rise against all odds and earn a living.
