Assistify

Assistify provides outsourced customer support and store management for Shopify and ecommerce brands. Since 2017, we’ve supported 100+ online stores with dedicated agents who work under each store’s brand name, inside its own tools.

What Assistify offers its clients

Live chat, email and phone support, Shopify store management and ecommerce virtual assistants, all from one team. Clients get a trained, dedicated agent from $399/month, with a performance report every 2 weeks.

How Assistify outshines the competition

We focus only on small and growing ecommerce stores, the brands that are too small for big call centers. Our pricing is published, each client has one dedicated agent instead of a shared pool, and we hold a 95% average customer satisfaction score.

Assistify company structure

Assistify is founder-led: Saif Sheikh, who has worked in customer support since 2017, oversees every account personally. Each client gets a dedicated agent, backed by a team lead for quality checks and a trained backup agent for leave and busy periods.
