The company was founded in 2021 on more than 22 years of operational EOR experience across Europe, the Middle East and the Americas. We work from six offices, in Ireland, the United States, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Turkey and Australia, and have supported more than 5,000 workers to date.

Every client works with a named account team that owns the deployment end to end, so the people handling your contracts, payroll runs, visas and compliance filings are people you can call by name, not a ticket queue. What Aspirock offers its clients

Employer of Record. We become the legal employer in the country you are hiring in, so you can put people on the ground without setting up an entity. We handle employment contracts, onboarding, payroll, tax withholding, statutory benefits, social security and offboarding, all compliant with local labour law. You keep full control of the work itself, the objectives and day-to-day performance.

Global payroll. Local specialists run the payroll cycle end to end in every market we operate in: gross to net, statutory filings, wage protection systems where they apply and accurate, on-time payment in local currency.

Contractor payroll. Contracts, compliance and payment for contractors and freelancers across 70+ countries, with multi-currency processing, daily contractor payments and transparent fees.

Visas and mobility. Immigration handling where a deployment needs it. In Saudi Arabia we are the direct visa sponsor and handle Iqama issuance and renewal ourselves.

Employee support. Dedicated 24/7 support for employees and contractors, from onboarding questions to urgent issues.

Staff are employed on our own Saudi commercial registration, with no sub-partners or third-party delivery agents, and we handle GOSI registration, Mudad payroll, Qiwa contract authentication, Iqama sponsorship and Saudisation compliance directly from Riyadh.

Aspirock is a privately held group, founded in 2021 and led by its founder, Mike Millsopp.

It operates from six offices: Ireland, the United States, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Turkey and Australia. These anchor delivery across the EU, the Americas, the GCC, Turkey and Asia Pacific, with operational coverage extending to more than 70 countries in total.

Client delivery is account-managed rather than pooled. Each client is assigned a named account team that owns onboarding, payroll, compliance and the day-to-day relationship, working alongside in-market specialists who handle local statutory work: MOHRE and GPSSA in the UAE, GOSI and Mudad in Saudi Arabia, GDPR-aligned data handling across the EU, and the equivalent regulatory infrastructure in every other market we operate in.

Saudi Arabia is the market most companies get wrong, and it is the one we run directly. Aspirock Arabia is our own Saudi entity, based in Riyadh and holding Platinum Nitaqat status, the highest available band, which unlocks maximum expatriate visa capacity and the fastest available work permit routes.

Your people are employed on our own Saudi commercial registration, with no sub-partners or third-party delivery agents in between. We handle visa sponsorship, Iqama issuance and renewal, GOSI registration, payroll through the Mudad wage protection system, Qiwa contract authentication, and Saudisation and Nitaqat planning against your role mix.
