The first step is to assign a project manager to the client to help build a specialized team. Step two is where the company carefully selects a team to be trained at step three. At step four, the team is ready to begin work, and at step five, they begin work. Step six is as easy as the client watching their company grow.

Tereschenko is one of the co-founders of Helpware and has worked as the Chief Operations Officer since its inception in 2005. His previous jobs centered mostly on financial consultation for other BPOs.

Robert Nash – CEO

While Nash has only been CEO of Helpware since April 2020, he has nearly two decades of experience with BPOs. Nash has a certification in Six Sigma practices and experience in all levels of BPO management. His previous position was at Clutch’s Global Customer Service Company.
