RemoteCM company structure

We are a family owned BPO, by three brothers.

RemoteCM is more than a BPO company.
It is a story of family, relationships, and opportunity turned into impact.

The journey began 15 years ago, when the youngest of three brothers was hired by a U.S.-based company to handle a specific task—work that could be done remotely from Cameroon. At the time, remote work was still uncommon, especially across continents. But the task was delivered successfully, on time, and with quality.

More importantly, something valuable was built beyond the work itself: trust.
After the mission was completed, the relationship didn’t end. The junior brother stayed in touch with his contact in the U.S. company, maintaining strong professional ties.

Months later, new needs emerged.
The company had additional tasks that could also be handled remotely. Naturally, they reached back to the junior brother, who began taking on more responsibilities.

One day, a new question came up:

“Do you know a reliable accountant?”

The answer was immediate.
The junior brother thought of his eldest brother, a trained and experienced accountant. An introduction was made. The work was done. The quality spoke for itself.

From there, things started to move organically.

More tasks.
More recommendations.
More needs from different departments.
More skills required.

The middle brother joined, bringing complementary expertise. What started as one remote task turned into collaboration, then coordination, and eventually structure.
