David Fisher (Interim Chief Operating Officer)

David is the Interim Chief Operations Officer at Harte Hanks, where he leads the company’s transformation and modernization efforts. 

He brings a wealth of expertise to his role with his extensive experience in strategic initiatives, cost transformation, financial planning & analysis, accounting, procurement, and risk management. 

Earlier in his career, David was SVP of Finance at Source Interlink and worked as an Assurance Manager at BDO USA, LLP. 

Also, prior to joining Harte Hanks, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Procurement Officer at Tribune Publishing, where he also held positions as SVP of Corporate Finance & Planning and VP of Corporate Development. 

David Garrison (Chief Financial Officer)

David Garrison joined Harte Hanks as interim Chief Financial Officer in October 2023 and became the full-time CFO on January 29, 2024. He has over 20 years of experience in public company finance. 

David specializes in cost control, streamlining operations, and implementing enterprise resource systems. He has previously worked at companies like Digital Lumens, Sensera, Tecogen, and Arrhythmia Research Technology, where he focused on automating accounting processes and integrating systems to improve efficiency.
