Net Fusion Technology is an Australian SaaS implementation partner based in Sydney that combines project management and quality assurance (QA) testing in a single delivery team. It works with organisations rolling out software-as-a-service platforms and aims to reduce delays, rework and failed go-lives. The company was established in 2006 and also has teams in the Philippines.
Net Fusion Technology started as a broad-service BPO with teams in Australia and the Philippines, offering web design, offshore staffing and business consulting to Australian small and mid-sized businesses. In 2023, co-founders James Killick and George Votava pivoted the company to specialise in SaaS implementation. James Killick brings AI product development experience, more than 200 app launches through Devwiz and a fintech exit, while George Votava brings enterprise QA expertise, an Inflectra partnership and years of implementation project management.
The company’s view is that implementations often fail because project management and QA are run by separate teams with different incentives. Its QA-first approach embeds testing into every sprint, with acceptance criteria and test cases written before development begins and quality sign-off at each milestone, so defects are caught early rather than at the end of a project.
It offers three engagement models. Service delivery covers an entire SaaS implementation end to end, with integrated PM and QA from the first day, sprint-embedded quality gates, real-time risk identification and full documentation. Specialist placement embeds a QA specialist or an Inflectra-certified implementation project manager into the client’s own team on flexible terms, with knowledge transfer included, and the company says QA specialists can be placed within days. Implementation consulting helps clients plan a rollout before contracts are signed, with readiness audits, risk and scope assessment, tool and vendor selection and QA strategy design.
The company also publishes guidance on subjects such as third-party integration risk and multi-tenant rollouts across distributed teams. It cites research that post-release defects cost around 30 times more to fix than those caught in design.
Net Fusion Technology suits Australian mid-sized organisations and enterprises preparing a major SaaS rollout, as well as project teams that need extra QA or project management capacity without hiring permanent staff.
