The JADA Squad (JADA Technologies) is an AI engineering company based in the Innovation Hub of the Dubai International Financial Centre, United Arab Emirates, with operations in Lagos, Nigeria. Founded in 2024 by Massimiliano Spalazzi and Olumide Soyombo, it designs, builds and manages production-grade AI agents for enterprises and supplies embedded AI engineering talent.
JADA frames its work around two client situations. Organizations that need to activate AI have paid for Copilot or ChatGPT licenses but see no measurable impact, and JADA identifies and builds the use cases with the strongest business case. Organizations that need to optimize have scattered, duplicated and expensive AI initiatives, and JADA consolidates what works, cuts unnecessary spend and puts governance in place.
Its engagement models include AI readiness assessments with footprint mapping and use-case prioritization, and custom AI agent development. A dedicated pod handles the full agent lifecycle, from discovery and scoping through design, build and evaluation to deployment with monitoring and fallback paths, followed by handover and training. The company says agents are built on the client’s existing stack, data, permissions and security controls, and that clients own the infrastructure.
JADA also offers hands-on AI adoption training for technical and non-technical staff, with role-specific sessions, internal champions and adoption tracking, and FDE-as-a-Service, in which its forward-deployed engineers embed remotely in a client’s team and environment. Available roles include agent architects, AI engineers, AI deployment strategists and data engineers.
The company says its team combines forward-deployed engineers, agentic AI specialists, data and analytics engineers and product and workflow designers, all trained through its in-house academy, with more than 40 combined years in AI, engineering and business operations. According to its website, it builds only custom agents and reports results such as five-times faster time-to-production and 5-15% operating cost savings, with pay-as-you-go pricing and no lock-in. The company raised a US$1 million seed round in November 2024.
JADA suits enterprises that already use AI tools but lack production results, and companies that want to add embedded AI engineering capacity without building an internal team.
