Skybound CX is a subsidiary of the group conglomerate Esnad Global. We originally started outsourcing to Egypt for our own businesses — our manufacturing recruitment agency based in Ireland and our oil and gas contracting company operating across Africa. Through this experience, we saw first-hand the tremendous benefits of the Egyptian market: a highly educated, multilingual workforce across customer care, IT, marketing, and engineering.
