A new executive, an acquisition, a product launch or a hiring spree is often when a provider starts buying. Explorer reads the news and job ads for every tracked firm and flags what changed at the accounts you follow.

What is a credit?
Credits reveal contact details. An email address or LinkedIn profile costs 1 credit and a mobile number costs 8. Credits refresh each billing month and do not roll over. Top-ups are coming soon; they will be used last and never expire.
How do profile allowances work?
Allowances count the distinct companies or executives you open in a calendar month. Reopening one you have already viewed is free, and contacts you have revealed never count.
What is a Fingerprint?
Your ideal-customer profile. Tell Explorer what you sell (it reads your website), then choose segments, size, region and who decides. It takes about two minutes, and every ranking, score and list re-orders by fit to you. Free includes 1 Fingerprint, Starter 3, Pro 10 and Enterprise unlimited.
How fresh is the data?
News is scanned daily, job ads refresh weekly for most firms, and executive moves cover the last 24 months. Company scores are recalculated nightly, and each company page shows when its brief was last updated.
Which companies are covered?
Explorer tracks 2,270 outsourcing providers: 2,226 BPOs, plus EOR and PEO firms. If you sell mainly to EOR or PEO companies, coverage of those segments is smaller today.
How does Engage send email?
You connect your own email account, so sequences go out from your mailbox and replies come back to Threads in Explorer. A suppression list keeps chosen contacts out of every sequence. Starter includes 1 mailbox, Pro 3 and Enterprise 5+.
Can I export data?
Yes, on paid plans: up to 500 CSV rows a month on Starter, 2,000 on Pro and 10,000 on Enterprise.
What is AI assistant access (MCP)?
It lets an AI assistant your team already uses read Explorer data directly. Pro includes read access, and Enterprise adds higher limits.
Can I pay annually?
Yes. Annual billing saves 20% on Starter and Pro. Enterprise is an annual contract with a dedicated success manager.
