Their office is located on the 10th floor of JY IT Centre 3 a class B office building along Salinas Drive in Lahug, Cebu City. The building sits inside JY Square which was declared an information technology (IT) zone by PEZA in 2005. It is surrounded by a mall and a supermarket and has different restaurants within the building. JY IT Center is a few minutes away from Cebu IT Park.

Aside from being the oldest city and dubbed as the Queen City of the South, it is considered the second established city next to Manila.
